The Role
The Senior Patient Coordinator oversees the patient experience, and serves patients by being their first and last point of contact. This is an integral role that works with all members of the healthcare team in a coordinated and collaborative effort to engage, encourage, and support patient health.

Qualifications:
What the Role Looks Like:
· New clinic with 2 Internal Medicine Specialists and growing referral base
· In addition to core MOA duties, will be responsible for managing main fax inbox and processing of referrals
· Supporting a full-time Family Medicine Specialist (roughly 1700 patients)
· Patients seen both in-person and virtually
· Work with a team of patient coordinators at Aroga Victoria
