We are seeking to recruit two Academic Administrators, one of which will support academic operations. The post holder will be organised, personable, positive and self-motivated – an administrator who is dedicated to delivering high standards of customer service.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic in supporting our academic staff, leading to the enhancement of our students’ educational experience. You will need to be accurate, organised and able to prioritise your own workload within a busy environment. You will be able to work well under pressure and be able to demonstrate experience of effective teamwork.

You will have a collaborative and flexible approach, and you will be working with colleagues from across the University, including academic staff, to contribute ideas for improving working practices to ensure manageable workloads for yourself and colleagues. You will be diplomatic and able to handle potentially sensitive situations and information. You will also have gained previous experience within a similar environment, though experience of HE administration specifically is not essential.
