Job Description
- Handle full set (AR, AP and GL functions)
- Perform month-end and year end closing of accounts
- Handle monthly bank reconciliation and intercompany reconciliation
- Process payment of invoices and staff claims
- Generate Sales invoices
- Review AR ageing report and follow up on collections
- Prepare and post journal entries
- In charge of Bankers’ guarantee & Letter of Credit
- Prepare monthly audit schedules
- GST submission to IRAS
- Liaise with tax agent, auditor and bankers on matters relating to company tax, audit and treasury matters
