Description:
Answer 60-80 incoming and make up to 100 outbound calls responding to alarms and customer and client sits
provide customer details and information on alarms
Obtain account information to enter into internal system
Perform system checks on equipment via phone and correct/report equipment problems
Provide outstanding customer service
