Aveco Pool Services is a growing pool business that maintains and renovates all types of swimming pools across the GTA. We are currently seeking an outgoing, hard-working, and detail-oriented individual to commence employment for the 2023 season in our office.
As an office administrator you will be the main point of contact for our client’s. You will be required to answer the phone, respond to emails, create work orders, and communicate with Aveco staff.
Knowledge with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office is preferred.
Major Responsibilities:
· Email correspondence
· Answering the phone and checking voicemails
· Creating work orders
· Filing paperwork
· Processing payments
· Communicating with Aveco staff
· Scheduling service
· Social media content
· Maintain a safe and clean work environment
· Perform other duties as required
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
