Bachcare Looking for Customer Service Representative (various fixed-term contracts) at Parnell, Auckland Full Time

About the role

We have various fixed-term positions available to support our Customer Service Team with the workload before and during the peak season.

Bachcare is looking for a fantastic Customer Service Representative to be part of our Guest Sales & Relations team.

Available shifts: 8:30 am to 5 pm and 12.30 pm to 9 pm across 7 days per week (during the first few weeks of training, work hours will be Monday – Friday 8.30 am to 5 pm). 

Currently available full-time fixed-term positions:

• 6 months – From the beginning of November until the end of April
• 5 months – From the beginning of December until the end of April
• 3 months – From the beginning of December until the end of February

The key responsibilities:

• Communicate and respond to guest emails via phone calls, email, and live chat in a brand-aligned manner
• Manage workflow allocation and guest dispute resolution
• Participate in the documentation of user guides and ensure they remain up to date
• Work with guests to understand their needs and provide solutions that convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
• Always strive to surprise and delight our customers through the service and solutions offered

About you

• Strong computing skills, including Microsoft Suite
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• High levels of professionalism, polite and professional manner, and high attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Exceptional verbal and written communication.
• Good conflict resolution skills and strong problem-solving skills
