Barnardo’s Hiring for People Administrator at Remote Full Time
We are looking for an experienced HR administrator to join a busy team. The ideal candidate will be able to work on their own initiative and as part of a wider team, to deliver key objectives . The role will involve processing data, generating letters and reports using Microsoft Word and Excel respectively. An understanding of GDPR and HR processes is essential. The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating with different stakeholders including immediate team members, other Business Services departments, staff and managers.
Our People Team cover a wider geographical area covering Central England, Wales and South West England and whilst this role suits a hybrid model of working there may be a requirement as required to attend meetings or training to support the operation.
