Salary: *MGL Salary Scale, point 7 to 12, £30,573 to £40,337 per annum inclusive of London Weighting
Contract: 35 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum
Primary Location: Wood Street but the post holder will be required to work across the College five main sites or training venues.

We are looking to recruit a Lecturer in Childcare who is highly motivated, passionate, and experienced to teach within our Education and Care department. This department provides itself on providing Outstanding Teaching and Learning for all students along with high achievement and progression rates.
A teaching qualification or a firm commitment to complete within two years of appointment is an essential requirement for this role, along with a Degree in Health and Social related degrees.
You will have proven experience of teaching the subject area. The successful post holder will be able to demonstrate the ability to teach with an enthusiastic and flexible approach to learning and teaching.
You would have also acted as Personal Tutor and/or Course Manager to full-time/part-time students involving the monitoring of attendance, liaising with parents/guardians and other agencies.
