Battle River Implements Ltd. is a progressive John Deere dealership in East Central Alberta. We sell and service large agricultural, lawn and garden, and several supporting lines of equipment. Our Wainwright location is currently seeking an individual interested in an Administration Assistant position. If you are an energetic, self-motivated team player, this could be a career opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
- Receives visitors and telephone calls ensuring these individuals are directed to the proper departments within the dealership.
- Prepares bank deposits daily.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and intercompany mail.
- Maintains dealership files.
- Provides administrative support to the sales, parts, and service departments.
- Orders office supplies for the store location.
- Perform related clerical duties, such as word processing, maintaining filing and record systems, faxing and photocopying, etc.
Experience, Education, Skills, and Knowledge:
- Solid clerical expertise.
- General accounting knowledge.
- Strong people and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office.
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
