Beacon Hill Staffing Group Hiring for Administrative Floater at New York, New York Full Time

Our client, a top asset management firm located in Midtown, Manhattan, is seeking a Temporary Administrative Floater for the Direct Lending team.. The Floater will provide backup coverage / support to the Administration Team. The ideal candidate is a team player who can multi-task and make decisions in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a sense of urgency and attention to detail across all tasks. This will be a hybrid schedule with 3 days in office; the hours will be 8:30am – 5:30pm with flexibility. The role will start asap and will last a minimum of 3-6 months.

Responsibilities:

1. Supporting Executives across the Firm as needed
2. Handling calendars and scheduling; working heavily with other Executive Assistants to coordinate internal and external meetings
3. Coordinating domestic and international travel as needed
4. Handling data entry and reporting as needed via Microsoft Dynamics CRM
5. Tracking and organizing monthly expenses
6. Completing ad-hoc projects as assigned
7. Providing administrative backup support to the Administration Team

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education required
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity is preferred
3. Excellent computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, previous experience using a CRM program a plus
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5. Strong organizational skills
6. Thorough, meticulous and highly accurate
7. Knows when to ask questions with a heightened sense of urgency
8. Friendly, upbeat, pleasant demeanor; good at building relationships and possesses a helpful, client-focused approach
9. Ability to maintain confidentiality in all job responsibilities
10. Proactive problem-solving abilities
11. A “no task is too small” attitude
12. Ability to handle changing demands in fast-paced environment with strong multi-tasking skills

Hourly rate:

1. $35-40/hr DOE
