Bend Health Looking for Full-Stack Developer at Madison, WI Full Time

Bend Health, Inc. is seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer (React, Typescript, Ruby on Rails), full stack but frontend focused. This is a full-time, hybrid position position out of our Madison, WI office.

About Bend Health

Bend Health health is on a mission to help kids struggling with mental health issues. Our tele-mental health service goes beyond taking the existing model of mental health and putting it online. We offer an innovative collaborative care model that has proven effective. We’ve helped thousands of kids and, as a Series A, venture-backed company, we’re growing fast.

About You

You’re also a full-stack software developer that is excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment. You enjoy a challenge, doing something difficult, and building something important.

Our stack includes React and Typescript on the front-end and Ruby on Rails on the backend. While it would be great if you had experience with these technologies, it’s not critical as long as you have experience with Javascript and any object oriented programming language.

Your Day-to-Day Work

• Pair & collaborate with teammates to build software solutions to complex problems.
• Own feature development from end-to-end and ensure delivery of quality products.
• Collaborate with our product team to build requirements & deliver stakeholder value.
• Contribute to sprint planning & execution.

Compensation

The salary range for United States residents is $90-100k per year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Bend Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
