Are you an experienced Scrum Master looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to a software implementation project? Look no further! We are seeking a skilled and motivated Scrum Master for a 6-month contract in Wellington, with the possibility of extension. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the agile development process and ensuring the successful delivery of our software implementation project.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in software development or implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive and motivate teams towards achieving project objectives.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• You must have New Zealand or Australian citizenship/permanent residency to be considered for this role. If you hold a valid work visa and are physically present in New Zealand, then you may also be considered.
