About you:

As a transformational Leader, thinking outside of the box will be the norm for you. You’ll have a strong career to date in C-suite and/or Executive positions defining and delivering strategic business goals. You will be well versed in subscription based business development, but not necessarily media (although it would be advantageous).

In addition, you will have a proven ability in data led decision-making, a strong repertoire in bringing together multi-disciplined teams towards a common goal and a demonstrated competency in strategic planning and growth.

Key Accountabilities:

• Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures. Specifically for a growing tech-focused subscription business
• Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics and provide new strategies for subscriber growth
• Implement reporting of key success metrics and report to the board monthly
• Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships
• Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans
• Preparing growth plans, leading employees and key suppliers to encourage maximum performance and dedication
• Identify and drive digital innovation and best practices to create a remarkable experience for our member subscribers
• Significantly building on the brand and building its membership

This role is based in Auckland, New Zealand and offers a generous relocation package for the right individual.
