Te Kaiurungi | About the Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for experienced, customer-focused individuals to join our team at BNZ Takapuna. Our Bankers are passionate about helping our customers, whether they’ve forgotten their pin, can’t access online banking or need advice to help them be better with money. You’ll spend time with each customer on the phone, helping to solve their reason for calling.
Our teams are highly diverse and come from a wide range of backgrounds including retail, hospitality, financial services and more, but what connects us is our passion for delivering exceptional customer service. If you put customers first, we know you’ll thrive at BNZ.

To be successful in this role you’ll be passionate about learning. No previous banking experience is necessary, and you will have the opportunity to be part of our unique Banker Accreditation Pathway.
