Job Title: Sports Trader (GAA)

Reports to: Head of GAA Trading

Location: Dundalk (HQ), Gibraltar or Hybrid / Remote

The Role:
BoyleSports is currently seeking a Sports Trader specializing in Gaelic Games to join our Trading team. As our new Gaelic Games Trader, you will be working in a team to deliver a best-in-class Gaelic Games proposition across all business verticals. The sports Trader will be responsible for overall trading prices and positioning for Gaelic Games in Boylesports, with a view to maximizing gross wins.

Working alongside the sports team as key support in identifying risks and liabilities for the business, as well as having a focus on new business or market opportunities within Gaelic Games and other sports within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver daily pricing on Gaelic Games for Boylesports.
• Management of liabilities for the business on all bets.
• Continually monitor and review customers with a view to delivering margin and other key performance measures across the business.
• Deliver a market-leading sports product to our customers across all our business channels.
• Work closely with the Head of Sports & Sportsbook Operations team to deliver a best-in-class football proposition across all business verticals.
• Management and creation of the life cycle of sports product betting opportunities.
• Make informed trading decisions in a time-critical environment.
• Oversee presentation and displays on all platforms.
• Engaging and liaising with all key functions including customer services with all queries in relation to Sports trading.

Requirements:

• Statistical analysis and interpretation to compile market and betting opportunities.
• Mathematical and strategic thinking.
• Strong team player with good communication skills.
• A challenged and highly motivated individual with a solution-based work ethic.
• Roll will require overnight and weekend work.
