You will be employed directly by one of our Members who will provide you with an Employment Agreement, tools and training required to fulfil this role. Were looking for an exceptional experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join a busy team providing cleaning services to a busy retail mall

About the role
Supporting the Contract manager you will oversee the day-to-day management of the delivery of cleaning services. This will be a hands on role and you will be required to undertake cleaning alongside your team

Shift Details

  Thursday – Sunday

8.30 am 5.00 pm

33 hours per week

Responsibilities include

• Your role is to supervise, train and manage the day-to-day frontline staff and tasks, ensuring client expectation is met and surpassed every time. This is your chance for your people skills to shine through.
• QAs, toolbox delivery,
• Liaising with clients and delivering a quality service, etc.
• Ensuring health & safety compliance and assisting in investigating incidents
• Conducting site inductions and training routines for all cleaners, and maintaining relevant records
• Some administration duties including rosters etc.
• Cover staff absences so hands on cleaning will be required
• Floorcare
• General commercial cleaning
