Specific Skills
* Carry out administrative activities of establishment
* Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
* Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
* Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
* Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
* Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree (Accounting/Business field is an asset)
* Well organized, great at multi-tasking, detailed/accurate, strong analytical, problem solving and planning skills with a willingness to learn and take initiative
* Proficient with MS Office programs, including Excel, Word and Outlook
* Bookkeeping experience is an asset
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Mandarin )
Contract length: 12 months
