You will be responsible for supporting with client contract negotiations, proactive contract management and managing in life contract changes. This role has exposure to key, high profile client accounts and will give the successful candidate the scope to learn and progress with opportunities for career advancement in the future.

What you’ll be doing:
Support and lead (where appropriate) client contract negotiations, including the supplier negotiations and flow-downs
Provide proactive contract management and manage commercial implications of service performance
Manage in-life contract changes
Support & advise on the commercial dispute management strategy
Work with the relevant commercial lead to assess revenue opportunity versus risk & cost profile for new business
Define & oversee adherence to commercial policies & procedures
Support commercial scrutiny via governance gates e.g. business, vertical, divisional and group contract review committees
What we’re looking for:
Commercially-minded individual who has experience in negotiating and/ or managing contracts and sales opportunities in the private and/ or public sector
Ideally commercial experience of working in the Education, Schools or Learning industry, however this is not essential
Has commercial and contracts experience and demonstrable track record of delivering contract close, mobilisation and/ or post-contract commercial activity
Collaborative working style focussed on engagement and driving to outcomes:
Proven ability to provide credible, pragmatic and commercial solutions to business problems. Able to find win-win solutions where possible.
Deals with conflict in a positive manner and without damaging relationships, demonstrating resilience and an appreciation of when to escalate to senior managers.
Uses data for decision making.
