Care & Company Hiring for Administrative Assistant – HR & Operations Job at Oak Bay Full Time

Care & Company has been enhancing the lives of local seniors in Victoria for over 17 years through high-level, people-centered care.

Our Administrative Assistants are responsible for the day to day running of the office including opening and closing duties, answering the phones, greeting walk-in clients or staff with a smile, scheduling, assisting with human resources, operations and more! You would be joining our small administrative team and working closely with them to enhance the lives of local seniors and support our amazing care team.

Job type: Permanent full-time 40 hours per week

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm (no work on stat holidays) You would also be responsible for carrying the Company’s after-hours cell phone every other week (training provided)

Location: Oak Bay office, underground parking provided

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 programs including Word, Excel and Outlook

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $21.00-$26.00 per hour

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
