Requirements

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse in New Zealand.
• Proven experience in aged care nursing.
• Knowledge of geriatric nursing practices and principles.
• Ability to assess and respond effectively to the needs of elderly residents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy and compassion for the elderly population.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• A commitment to continuous professional development.
