A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A REMOTE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / EXCEL SPECIALIST
In this position, you play a huge role in keeping the whole team well-informed and company data up to date! After the first month of in-person training, you work from home performing administrative duties, including data entry tasks such as updating spreadsheets, correcting errors on spreadsheets, and evaluating pivot tables. You also pull reports based on your spreadsheets to help create new company goals.
Your expertise guides you through any obstacles that may arise, and you are highly motivated to always provide accurate and crucial information. You communicate office schedules and company goals weekly with the team, ensuring everyone is always on the same page. You get great satisfaction in knowing all you do helps our office continue to run smoothly!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A REMOTE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / EXCEL SPECIALIST
Residence within the Palm Beach County area would be a plus as the initial training is in-person. Are you very detail-oriented and self-motivated?
