CBS Therapy is currently seeking a Billing Assistant to assist our Operations Manager!

Basic Functions:

• Reports to Operations Manager as needed for daily instructions

• Increasingly takes on jobs and tasks and completes them independently

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assigning therapists caseload/making necessary changes to schedules

• Keep track of testing materials used/signed out – mail out tests with Evaluation Liaison as needed

• QuickBooks Time balances – Accounting and PTO

• New Hire Paperwork Collection

• Payroll Data Entry

• Monthly Invoice assistance with Operations Manager

• Other tasks as assigned

Skills Needed:

Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with QuickBooks or ADP Payroll is a plus.

Qualifications:

Minimum of an associate degree or equivalent work experience

Successful candidates should possess the following qualities:
