Job Description
CEDA is looking for a document control clerk to join our team in Bonnyville, AB! You will categorize, file and retrieve documents using specific classification and organization systems. Our clerks are responsible for the orderly recording and keeping of physical and electronic documents.
This position is perfect for someone who is a whiz on the computer and any system that’s put in front of them.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Support the development, administration and continuous improvement of the Quality Management & Projects Management Systems and Processes
Process, verify and register documentation
Maintain and update manuals and computerized filing and registration systems
Complete administrative assignments including, document development, travel coordination and build and maintain MRB’s
Categorize, file and retrieve documents
Record and store physical and electronic documents
Distribute new documents and discard obsolete records
Role Specifications:
Prior experience working with Quality Assurance/ Quality Control (QA/QC) documents would be an asset
3+ years of related work experience
Experience with project document control processes and standards
Knowledge of Quality Management systems and processes
Knowledge of Project Management systems and processes
Valid Class 5 licence with a clean abstract is required
Able to provide a negative pre-employment drug and alcohol test
Personal Characteristics:
You consider yourself computer savvy and have no issues learning new systems
Strong professional verbal and written communication skills with multiple levels of clients
Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize and work within a deadline-oriented environment
Ability to work with sensitive, confidential and personal information, and maintain high level of confidentiality
Solid business, organizational and process improvement skills
