Main purpose of the role:
Responsible for the preparation of the new Fast Food Counter products and for ensuring customer satisfaction is the number one priority.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- One or more years` experience working in a fast food environment
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, ability to multitask under pressure
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
- HACCP training is an advantage but not necessary
Main duties:
- Actively live Centra brand-values i.e. Proud, Energetic, Imaginative and Community-Based
- Prepare customer orders
- Cook and prepare food throughout the day
- Ensure that the fast food counter displays are to the highest standards from the afternoon to the evening
- Demonstrate your knowledge of fast food by making personal recommendations with customers
- Deal with all customer queries efficiently, professionally and in line with store policy
