WHAT YOU NEED TO DO?

As a member of the Senior Leadership team you will be responsible for organizing, planning and directing all operations of the Collections process.

Tech and data savvy, commercially thinking and operationally astute we are looking for someone who can manage process, be data and solutions focused, and inspiring to a capable team of twelve. 

The key components of the role are:

• Driving operational excellence – using data and reporting to identify trends and drive productivity and assist in the resolution of difficult and complex customer account situations providing guidance with regards to CCCFA processes and requirements.
• Leadership – using your leadership skills to inspire and coach an already capable Collections team
• Providing a legendary customer experience – our Collections philosophy is one of understanding the customer and then working collaboratively with them.

WHAT YOU CAN DO FOR US?

To be the best we only hire the best, so we need you to be a super star. Apart from being awesome we are also looking for:

• 5+ years Collections Management experience, consumer car finance background is desirable
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Strong analytical skills 
• Team player who shows initiative, is proactive and has a good work ethic
• Excellent communication and people/negotiation skills
• Highly organised and disciplined 
• Experience with FinConnect is a bonus
