This is a permanent position with the option of a Benefit Package

Looking for mature hires who are capable and articulate. Must have professional customer service attitude and telephone skills.

Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, Obtain and process information required to provide services, Record and relay information, Schedule and confirm appointments, Perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail, Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.

The ideal candidates will be flexible with their availability and are required to work some weekends and holidays on a rotating basis.

Shifts are:

7 days per week 6am-330pm and 330pm-11pm. These hours are 365 days/year. Once again, working on weekends and holidays is required on a rotating basis.

Experience dealing with the public and working with the Microsoft Office suite including Excel is appreciated but not necessarily required. There will be a fair bit of paid training involved.
