Chiropractic Clinic Hiring for Front Desk Manager/Receptionist for Chiropractic Office at Burbank, CA Full Time

We are looking for a front desk receptionist/office manager. Our receptionist is our ambassador-they represent our office to the public. We need someone who is mature (older applicants very welcome), friendly and capable of keeping patients on their treatment program.

Duties include:

Scheduling and making sure patients attend their visits as well as routing patients through the office for care, keeping doctors on track

Handling office communication: phones, mail, visitors

Checking insurance benefits, calculating and collecting copayments

Office cleaning at end of day, ordering supplies

Hours are:

Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8:50 am to approximately 7 pm (can be earlier if the end of day tasks are done earlier) and Saturday 8:50 am to 1 pm.
