Christchurch City Council Looking for Training Coordinator – Digital at Christchurch, Canterbury, New Zealand Full Time

This newly created role will support our Digital project and programme implementation teams by supporting the project/programme teams with creating e-content and training material to be used with in person or blended training.

Your days will be varied and will encompass working with project teams ensuring your work supports the delivery of benefits, outcomes and supports people through change by applying quality learning and training delivery. You will be based within Civic Offices, with the ability to work flexibly.

The exciting role will work with stakeholders at different levels of the organisation. It is fast-paced and requires attention to detail and relationship building. You will use a variety of tools to create learning content to provide a consistent and quality learning experience.

Ideally you will have experience as a training coordinator/facilitator or similar coordination role, you will also have hands on experience in developing and delivering learning activities and training programmes.

Salary –The salary band for this position goes from $54,541 to $89,516 with the mid-range being $74,597.

• Starting salaries will be based on knowledge, skills and experience the successful candidate brings to the role, and relativities both, within the immediate team and in the broader organisation for the same or similar roles.
