We have 3 new exciting opportunities for generalist caseworkers to join our well known charity and its enthusiastic team striving to help residents of Runnymede and Spelthorne. These roles will be pivotal in supporting our advice services with a main focus on the delivery of our services to clients referred by our external partners; Mental Health Services, The Foodbank and other voluntary sector partners. Part of the outreach objective will be to raise awareness of our services in the community and foster relationships with key stakeholders. These roles will add capacity and supplement the advice work that our volunteers currently deliver.

Responsibilities:

• Provide information and advice to residents living in Runnymede or Spelthorne on the

phone and face to face

• Visit external partner locations in Runnymede or Spelthorne
• Build relationships and raise awareness of the support available for local

residents

• Advise on a wide range of issues such as benefits, debt, housing, employment, family

and immigration

Essential criteria:

• Access to transport and ability to visit various outreach locations
• Ability to research, analyse and interpret complex information
• Great communication skills
• Ability to use a variety of IT/digital systems and packages
• Open to continual learning and training as required by the role
