Workforce Planning Coordinator – Citycare Property Auckland

The Opportunity

The Citycare Property team is looking for a Workforce Planning Coordinator to support our in-house trades team in meeting contractual requirements and productivity targets. This is a pivotal role within our business, providing a platform to learn about the wider Citycare Property operations, as we look to further develop and nurture talent from within our teams. For the right candidate, there may be an opportunity to enter our graduate programme and develop their career further within Citycare Property.

This role will be responsible for:

• Triaging work order requests
• Planning
• Scheduling
• Reviewing the end-to-end job workflow processes

Requirements

The successful candidate will have/be:

• Ambitious and eager to learn
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Confident with IT
• Able to prioritise workloads
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous workflow experience (Advantageous! But not essential)

All successful candidates are required to have the right to work in Aotearoa New Zealand, pass a medical, drug and alcohol test and provide two reference checks.
