The Opportunity: *

Overseeing and supervising the teams work activity, coaching and development

• Measure, improve and maintain team performance.
• Coordinating motor repair schedules with clients and repairers
• Managing key client accounts and their claims delivery
• Data entry and processing of motor insurance documentation
• Supporting all team members at Hello Claims
• Making inbound and outbound emails & phone calls

• To be successful: *

• 3+ Years of Motor Claims Management experience
• People management/supervisory experience in related insurance/motor industry would be beneficial
• Strong relationship management skills
• Work efficiently in a fast paced environment
• Excellent decision making skills
• Exceptional Attention to Detail
• Strong time management skills
• Proven experience in coaching and mentoring staff
