About The Role
Reporting to the Digital Optimisation & Systems Manager, you’ll collaborate with Channel/Brand managers to plan digital content and EDM campaigns aligned with our sales strategy. Working closely with Channel and the Head of NCC, you’ll execute digital initiatives to expand e-active outlets and enhance user experiences.
You’ll also ensure the smooth operation of our digital platforms by completing testing requirements, reporting issues, and scoping user requirements for system changes. In addition, you’ll lead change management efforts, develop training plans, and coach end users to identify improvement areas.
Flexibility is a key component, as you’ll handle various tasks to support our evolving digital strategy.
About You
In terms of qualifications and skills, essential attributes for this role include persuasive and influencing skills, business acumen, an analytical and data-driven mindset, excellent written and verbal communication, technical proficiency across multiple devices and systems, familiarity with project methodologies, user acceptance testing, and experience with Salesforce CRM (including Marketing Cloud).
Desirable qualifications and skills include basic knowledge of HTML, familiarity with JIRA and Confluence, experience in FMCG Sales & Customer Service, and intermediate-level Project Management skills.
