Customer Service Representative

On-site Position

Payrate: $18.50 hr. English / $19.50 hr. Bilingual

Call center located in Sacramento, CA. Hours of call center operation is 8:00 AM/PST until 6:00 PM/PST 7 days a week. A typical work week will be 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, and will include a Saturday or Sunday. Training is conducted Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM/PST until 5:30 PM/PST (2 weeks of training).

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Must have High School Diploma or GED

• Pass a general background check & 5 panel drug screen

• Have open availability between 9am-7pm MST

• 100% attendance in the first 90 days
