A reputable restaurant group with four restaurants in the northern New Jersey area. This company is renowned for their quality food and amazing service, and this is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and expanding company.

They are looking for a passionate Director of Restaurant Operations to oversee their restaurants!

Director of Restaurants Main Responsibilities:

• Over- see guest satisfaction
• Monitor profitability of all assigned locations.
• Conduct evaluations of Managers and other members of front of house & back of house.
• Promote a healthy and positive work environment

Director of Restaurant Operation ideal candidate:

• You will have 5-7 years FOH general manager experience in high volume restaurants with revenue of 4 to 8 million in annual sales.
• A car for travel between restaurants
• The ability to go into any operation and take over if needed
• You will have casual fine dining experience
• You will have excellent leadership qualities
• You will be self-motivated and enthusiastic
• You MUST have open availability
• This position is for the person looking to take the next step in their career with the ability to grow into more.
• You will need to be organized and motivated
• Communication, training and cost analysis a must
• P&L understanding with a focus on operational expertise to affect changes where needed while maintaining our quality standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
