Consult Recruitment – Accounting and Finance Looking for Accountant at Auckland CBD, Auckland Full Time
My client is a specialised advisory practice and looking to grow their accounting services, based at their Auckland CBD offices close to public transport, cafes and restaurants!
This role will require you to undertake all the day-to-day accounting functions on behalf of the external clients of this advisory firm, hence no 2 days will be the same!Â
Key duties will include:
- Accounts Payable & Invoicing
- Accounts Receivables/Credit Control
- Processing Payroll (Salaries, wages)
- Preparation of PAYE & GST
- Reconciliations & End of month procedures
To be successful for this role:
- Past experience in financial accounting, bookkeeping and/or transactional accounting work
- Strong familiarity with Xero and MYOB
- Experience in Microsoft Excel at the intermediate level
This role will allow you access to a wide range of clients and industries. The ideal candidate would be able to commit full time hours but we will be open if you are keen to work 4 days a week.
