Consulting Experts LLC provides consulting services for in home care and residential service providers. Our clients provide services to individuals on behalf of the Department of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) and or Behavioral Health. The owner is looking for an adminstrative assistant. The potential candidate will need to acquire a level one fingerprint clearance card and a Notary within the 1st six weeks of hire. The position will entail a high level of Microsoft word, Excel and adobe PDF knowledge. The candidate will need to create and or maintain existing databases. The position requires a professional appearance and very good communication skills. Bilingual candidates are highly desired in the following languages. Chinese, spanish, and Arabic. The potential client must be willing to do internet research and compile data while researching government contracting opportunities. For the most part, the assistant will sometimes run errands to include but not limited to take care to car wash, coffee runs, keeping office tidy, grocery for offiice, fast food runs, dry cleaning and scheduling appointments/consultations. The position will primarily be responsible for welcoming clients, facilitate document signings and training clients in utilizing certain websites therefore the candidate needs to be internet saavvy. Website designing and social networking skills such as facebook and twitter would also be a plus. Experience writing behavioral plans would be good.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per year
