Summary
The Manager, Professional Services is responsible for the tactical impact upon results, the work environment quality for the professional services personnel, achievement of practice and corporate goals and managing established processes. This position is also tasked with continuous improvement in processes related to delivery effectiveness and to work in close coordination with the Director, Professional Services to manage change within the organization.
Essential Functions
Oversees and participates in the management of professional services personnel for projects sold involving the Microsoft practice
Provides assistance and ticket management to resolve delivery problems that may occur with projects
Manages escalations and offers solutions in order to correct delivery problems that may occur during the implementation process
Develops and maintains processes for customer satisfaction levels of 95% Good and Excellent through the management of professional services personnel
Monitors and evaluates training and developmental plans on all professional services personnel to ensure they are trained on a constantly changing solution line
Manages workload of professional services personnel to ensure customer satisfaction and maximum profitability
Collaborates with the pre-sales group to provide feedback for recommending Scope of Work template changes and predicting availability and utilization
Communicates the company’s policies and needs to professional services personnel
Works with Management and HR to assist as needed with interviews, performance reviews, and enforcing ConvergeOne corporate policies
Additional Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Seven or more years in a project-based Professional Services management role or related experience
Proven experience in leading solution-based project delivery
Five or more years of supervisory experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills
Ability to work with Microsoft Teams, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
Player/Coach mentality is mandatory to achieve collaborative results
Desired/Preferred Qualifications
2 year degree in Business or Technical related filed
Experience with Microsoft Professional Services

Pay Range
$94,500 – $165,000
Base pay ranges are estimated. Actual base pay will be based on education, experience, location, certifications, skill set, and any other relevant factors. Incentive/variable pay opportunities are in addition to base pay.
