COR Golf Fitness, LLC Hiring for Virtual Assistant at Remote Full Time

COR Golf Fitness is an online golf fitness coaching company specializing in helping golfers age 45+ improve their flexibility and speed, so they can golf with less pain and more power.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable virtual assistant to join our team and assist us in prospecting for potential clients. This involves contacting and nurturing potential leads and booking calls into the sales team calendar using our inbound & outbound messaging script. As a virtual assistant you will work remotely, provide administrative support for the sales team, and ensure all tasks and KPI’s are met.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Act as a personal assistant to Head Coach.
• Identify and contact potential clients via phone, email or social media.
• Qualify potential clients by understanding their needs and interests.
• Schedule appointments with qualified leads for the sales team.
• Manage and maintain a database of potential clients & follow up with them regularly.
• Provide end-of-day report in Slack/What’s App to your manager.

Qualities and Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to understand prospects’ problems, issues, concerns & goals, and to listen to what the prospect is telling you and tailor the approach effectively.
• An enthusiasm and drive to help prospects get onto the sales calendar.
• Willingness to learn new social media platforms & customer management systems.
• Self motivation to achieve more today than you did yesterday.
• Excellent planning & organizational skills to ensure you are not missing leads, conversations & opportunities.
• Be sharp and diligent online to work quickly between platforms and heighten the volume of conversations & call bookings.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Lead by example.

Working Conditions:

This is a remote, work-from-home position. You will be required to have a reliable internet connection, fast computer, and a quiet work environment. You will be expected to attend team meetings and training sessions as needed.

Compensation:
