Implement business initiatives (e.g., product development and launch, fund formation, new business approvals, etc.), monitor and strengthen risk and controls (e.g., operational risk management, internal audit remediation, execution of firm policies, supervisory controls), and implement across a wide variety of operational needs (e.g., IT initiatives, process improvements, Client concern management, etc.)

Analyst with one to two years’ experience in banking or asset management, ideally with fund launch experience
- Exceptional project management skills and follow through; strong drive and self-motivation are a must Outstanding organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; propensity to challenge thinking, problem tackle and improve processes
- Experience and/or curiosity about asset management with a focus on fund launches, operations, risks and controls (e.g., non-fiduciary risk, operational control and internal audit)
- Highly synergetic, hands-on style with ability to work across multiple partners (Legal, Compliance, Operational Risk, Non-fiduciary risk, Business Risk & Controls, Internal Audit, Finance)
- Strong written and oral communication skills; shown ability to communicate effectively with senior partners and front office professionals
- Curious perceptiveness, apt problem solver and desire to learn
- Strong facility with technology / IT. Excellent proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
