Job Summary
Under guidance and supervision of the Program Manager, this position helps manage and oversee all program activities involving the caregivers, external agencies, families, clients, and their circle of support in their assigned residency.
Primary Responsibilities
Provides assistance to the Program Manager of the day-to-day operations.
Assists with performance evaluation and training of In-Home Caregivers.
Evaluates the delivery and quality of service for the clients.
Identify and coordinates quality improvement activities that are relevant to individual client’s needs.
Reviews and prepare client charts on a weekly basis to ensure that they are ready for audits.
Must maintain working knowledge of laws pertaining to Supported Living Services for disabled adults.
Advocating, promoting, and meeting new client’s goals.
Maintains a prominent level of confidentiality and compliance with all company, regional center, and state/federal regulations.
Performs other duties as assigned that are relevant to program operations and/or personnel matters.
Qualifications
People Management experience
Conflict Resolution experience
1 year experience in a management/supervisor role or
2 years of direct services experience in Mental Health or Intellectual Disabilities Services or
2 years of caregiver/direct care work experience with some leadership project experience.
Knowledge/Skills: Organization, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills. Proficient writing and grammar skills. Creative thinking.

Compensation: $22-$24/hour, Medical/Dental/Vision Plan, Company-Paid Life Insurance Plan, 40 hours of PTO/year (including 6 company holidays), & mileage reimbursement.
