This position is located within the Prescott/Prescott Valley, AZ area.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
We are looking for an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our dynamic team. You will provide day-to-day support for the overall success of the accounting department.
This position is located within the Prescott/Prescott Valley, AZ area.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare external vendor records and maintenance of changes in payment details or addresses
- Process credit cards ,chargebacks and customer refunds
- Process coupons for seminars and seminar reconciliations
- Assist in other projects as assigned
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively both within a team environment and independently
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- 2-4 years of accounting clerk experience
Compensation: $18-$22 per hour plus bonus DOE
