Culina Logistics is looking for motivated individuals to build a career within the chilled distribution industry. Culina Logistics is the leading 3rd party logistics business in the UK specialising in chilled warehousing, providing an excellent platform to food and drink manufacturers.

We are now recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our chilled distribution operation at our depot in Market Drayton.

What You’ll Do

Working in a fast paced environment, our Warehouse Operatives are responsible for the picking and dispatching of packaged chilled products to retailers nationwide.

As a business, we pride ourselves in providing an excellent work life balance for our colleagues by operating on a 4 On 4 Off Shift Pattern. Colleagues can choose from the following shift patterns:

• Permanent Days, 7.00am to 7.00pm Hourly Rate of £10.36
• Permanent Nights, 7.00pm to 7.00am Hourly Rate of £11.13

The salary for this role ranges from £21,556 to £23,150 dependent on shift pattern, with overtime opportunities available. Overtime shifts are paid at time and a half (x1.5) of the standard hourly rate for each hour worked.

What You’ll Need

We are looking for applicants with a strong work ethic and real attention to detail, who want to build a career in logistics. Though previous experience working in a fast paced warehouse environment would be an advantage, this is not a requirement as full training will be given following the induction. Our roles are based in a busy distribution centre, so colleagues will be constantly active throughout their working shift.
