The Talent Acquisition Role – Business Support

You will partner with our inspirational and supportive Principal Consultants to source and assess the very best talent in market.

• Taking briefs for and writing adverts for permanent roles
• Assessing applications + proactively sourcing talent via databases, Seek, LinkedIn etc.
• Conducting phone and zoom/in person interviews to uncover motivations and career goals
• Working at pace, leaving no stone unturned and helping to connect opportunity and potential for jobseekers and organisations across Aotearoa
• Being an advocate for candidate care and experience, alongside market trends, innovative sourcing or assessment tools

We see this role evolving into a Consultant role, where you can utilise your incredible talent and candidate knowledge as the obvious next step in your recruitment career, meaning a clear and transparent career path is available for you – as we grow, so do you (if you want!).
