Daisy Corporate Services Hiring for Order Entry Agent at Brierfield Full Time

Salary: £21,000 – £23,000 DOE

Location: Nelson (hybrid working)

Would you like to join one of the largest providers of communications and IT solutions across the UK as a Order Entry Agent? Your key objectives will be to ensure that orders are validated and submitted to suppliers, either via supplier portals or email, within a set SLA.

About the role…

The order entry agent will need to ensure that the delivery agent has all the needed information to deliver the provide, as per the set processes within the team, and meet to customers’ expectations at every milestone of the order. You will be required to complete all bespoke requests (such as account creation, creating request IDs etc), ensure all needed technical documents are provided to the Delivery team before order handover, to support both the Delivery agent & project managers in “roll out” of projects, and to ensure orders without delivery agents are completed within SLA.

• The ability to communicate clearly with internal and external customers
• Understand the importance of keeping to SLAs and strict deadlines
• The ability to manage their own workload and to their own intuitive
