We are seeking a NRC Administrator to assist in delivering against the business strategy efficiently.
This includes data analysis, responding to data requests, maintaining records, as well as creating tool kits for the business to help the delivery of the National Rail Contract requirements.
The role will report to the Head of Business Planning and be part of a team of four helping to deliver the Chiltern strategy and securing a long-term future.
his is an exciting time to be part of the business as we begin our journey on a new National Rail Contract.
You will be working alongside senior managers and directors to deliver the objectives of this role.
Reporting Data analysis
Maintaining records
Responding and logging data requests
Assisting in Strategic work streams such a Performance Based Fee report, Business Reviews and other policy driven initiatives
Maintenance and tracking of changes to regulatory contracts such as station agreements, NRC commitments, etc
UK rail industry knowledge and experience desired but not compulsory
Strong interpersonal skills as this role requires the post to assist the wider business to help deliver against the NRC
Ability to manage various form of information and communication
Good communication skills, including strong writing expertise
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail A ‘can do’ approach to problem solving
Confidence in dealing with uncertainty and ambiguity in a constantly changing and challenging environment
Proven ability to manage own work whilst working as part of a team
Resilience and a willingness to work flexibly and quickly and able to manage a challenging workload calmly and with minimal support
A curious mindset, always ‘thinking beyond’ and innovating
