• Billing Customer Service Representative – Receives inbound calls, emails, or chats from customers regarding inquiries or issues with billing and domain services.

• Professionally answers incoming customer service calls (payment method updates, service changes, billing, domains, account issues)

• Acts as first interface of customer billing and domain services support with a goal of first call resolution resolving all billing and domain and service issues.

• Target Start Date: Monday January 10th.
