He angitūtanga | About the role
This role will focus on working hand in hand with Treaty Partners both at Iwi and Hapu level to co- design, implement and deliver on exciting projects and kaupapa at place. You will play a strategic role in the wider team working alongside your peers to ensure delivery focused on our treaty partner is a priority and remains at the forefront. This will include Treaty settlement obligations as a result of treaty settlements.

We are looking for a natural people leader who is passionate about supporting a positive team culture. You will have great communication and engagement skills allowing a heightened sense of self-awareness and emotional intelligence. You will know how to engage effectively with mana whenua and show a willingness to learn karakia, pepeha and local tikanga to develop your capability in this area, allowing you to work effectively with whānau, hapū, and iwi.

The salary range for this position is $72,610 to $92,780 with the starting salary of the successful applicant being based on their relevant skills and experience.
