The Client Reference Data Reconciliation team ensures completeness of client records in the authorised client data source within the Bank via detective controls. This team is part of the broader Operations Reference Data Services. You will be part of the team that specialises in providing solutions to complex process/applications problems of the division and help extract business intelligence.

You will support the change program’s strategic direction, including change implementation and reporting on the status of the projects on the various program governance forums.

Your key responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of transformation/change initiatives to support divisional and regulatory commitments
• Collaborate with the business and operations stakeholders to understand business requirements, work with Technology partners on prioritisation and implementation of the change projects
• Prepare and present to senior stakeholders the overall status, analysis outcome to enable data-driven decision making
• Coordinate and chair various working groups with reporting to Senior Management key milestones and updates
• Coordinate and communicate changes and project initiatives with other Operations Reference Data Services (ORDS) teams and senior management to ensure solutions align with strategic plans. Manage delivery against agreed timelines and milestones with key stakeholders

Your skills and experience

• Previous relevant experience in leading global change programs, with relevant experience in business analysis and change implementation (experience working in financial services is preferred)
• Proven ability to identify issues, assess root causes and provide solutions with a proven level of analytical, problem solving and resource planning skills
• Great execution capability and detail oriented with ability to self-direct work in an unstructured environment
• Excellent partnership and collaboration skills with ability to work cross functionally. Strong communication and influencing skills
• Able to work effectively in virtual global teams and a matrix organisation, preferably full-spectrum banking groups (retail, corporate, wholesale, investment banking). Prior knowledge of Reference Data domains, anti-money laundering/know your client (AML/KYC) and Regulations impacting the data domains is a plus
