We have exciting and fast-paced opportunities for Operations Agents to join our team based in Auckland Airport!
YOUR TASKS:
- Assist in the coordination of gateway team to ensure that the processing of inbound and outbound freight meets DHL and regulatory standards.
- Monitor operations to ensure service procedures and performance standards are met and implemented.
- Ensure close communication and co-ordination with supervisors to maintain efficient operations.
- Helping out with additional tasks as required for example, resolving and responding to email queries
- These are full time positions within our AM and PM teams.
- AM Team Shift Tues-Fri 03:00-11:30 Sat 07:00-15:30,
- PM Team Shift Monday: Friday 14.00pm – 22.30pm with rostered weekend work 08.30am- 17.30pm
YOUR PROFILE:
- New Zealand License – Essential
- New Zealand Forklift License – Desirable
- Experience adhering to WHS procedures and a safety mindset
- 3 years industry knowledge – preferred.
- Reliability and a can do attitude
- Great Communication skills
- A focus on teamwork
- Attention to detail
- Exceptional ability to multi-task
- Physical fitness – ability to walk, climb, reach overhead, squat, bend, kneel and crouch repeatedly
- Must have valid work rights in New Zealand
