DISYS Hiring for Contract Administrator at Remote Full Time

• Prepare and track customer quotations within a defined period of current service coverage expiration.

• Respond to requests for terms and conditions negotiations related to service contracts.

• Accurately process high volumes of quotes, service contracts and parts purchase orders, plus other contract-related customer requests.

• Participate in improvement initiatives, new product line integration and team building-activities within customer service and across functional areas of core integration.

• Maintain accurate master data concerning install base and end-users.

• Ensure accurate cost and revenue accounts are associated with parts, labor and expenses on each call, which requires solid understanding of Cost of Goods (COGS) accounts, service types and service areas both internal and external to client.
